Lowpsi and 0069brad thanks for the tips
Lowpsi tried that but it is still not to my satisfaction last week got a quote from a shop in Miami for professional polishing and the cost are $280 + tax =$299.
Like somebody said here in the thread I paid for a new one and actually should not settle for anything else by the way up till today we’ve not come to a solution.
On my own I’m sending the wheel to be professionally polished I have no time to be spending back and forth with emails in justifying an error of quality on their part.
Ho I forgot to mention the shipping from the Caribbean to Miami is about $200.
I’ll never finish the bike if keep waiting on them.

Attached are two pictures of the fuel tank. I’ll try to get some better quality pictures to post.

Primary Chaincase

Hi all,

Need help in installing my primary chain case.
If someone can help me with an exploded view so I can figure out were the different bolts, washers, seals, goes.
The primary came with its own set of bolts and BBC has also a few.
I’m lost.
TIA

Been searching the net still no luck.
Borrowed 2 manuals from a friend and no match.
I kind have figured most of the bolts and nuts but I need documents,
This link from Belt drives LTD has some info but lacks some details.

Maybe this pictures will help you guys help me.
Hate working without proper documentation.
First picture shows the inner primary with the bolts that came with the primary case.
The bolts are putted according to guess work and fitting. (No documentation)
Here are the questions:
Is it correct?
DVD talks on torque them at 20lbs/ft.
Two of the bolts are copper color and seems to fit in the middle.
Why they are different make?
Is the locking tab correctly positioned?
Confirm to make adjustment I need to leave the seal and the locking tabs out.
Or make the adjustment with them in? (Might damage the seal?)
After adjustment put them all in and torque at 20lbs/ft.
3 mini bolts and 2 washer is left over from the bag of bolts that came with the primary case see picture. What are they for when and were do I use them?
On the picture also you can see the bolts BBC provided 4black 2 chrome 4 lock washer.
Is scraping the paint so that engine and tranny sit on bare metal a must? What about corrosion I suppose you’ll re torque the engine and tranny after a few thousand miles anyway. Some advice please.
Thanks in advance for all the help and if possible keep it simple and stupid.

HI all
It’s been awhile.
I’m still way behind because I want to do everything myself for learning purposes.
Here is a picture of a seal that came together with the jackshaft seal (see picture).
In the manuals I couldn’t find where it needs to go.
Any help is appreciated.
TIA
Biro

Smile

Some more pictures to show where I think the seal should go.
But then again I don’t see the purpose of it being there any ideas?
I want to know before securing the starter to the inner primary.
TIA
