Mileage Range On Full Tank... Merc Owners

How many miles can you make it on one tank?

BBC says my tank holds 3.8 gallons but due to the position of the Gas Cap I doubt I get more than 3.0 in it.

Ive only been doing street riding during break-in period and get around 90 miles so far.

What can i expect on Freeway riding if i go on a trip?

I have no idea. Didn't put any gauges on mine except oil pressure.

No Crossovers. My Merc tank is almost perfectly flat in the back.

Guess I will find out the Hard Way.

Yeah. I only have like 250 mi on it so i cant ride it there. I plan on going for rides when i get there and there arent allot of gas stations around. Just curious what i should expect. Guess i will stick with 100 mile range to play it safe for now.

I will be up there from Thurs to Sunday
