Heard a rumor that Big Bear Choppers (aka Rage Hard Choppers) is actually planning on having their annual ride (Ride the Mountain) again this year!
Has anyone else heard this rumor and if so do you have any details?
I wonder if they’re going to change the name of the ride from "Ride the Mountain" to "Highway to Hell"

Larry, I've heard nothing about it...if they did I doubt it would be in Big Bear. That run was supposed to be for charity so you never know...

Ride The Mountain

Ride The Mountain will not be held this year. June 2013 will be the next one and will be a special 10th Anniversary event.

Good luck doing anything in Big Bear. Are we all going to go show our "appreciation"?

I don't think anybody wants to support BBC and or Raghead choppers, I know I don't, not anymore (sorry for doubting you Larry)

I don't see this being a BBC run any longer. Hopefully it was and still will be for charity..Then again, maybe the Aslops have a daughter named Charity.

By showing our appreciation, I meant letting them know exactly how thrilled we all are about their business practices. The only thing I support concerning BBC is support for all the guys who got hosed and support for prison terms for the thievin' bastards.

Hey pokergolf,

I figured that was what you meant and I agree that we all should show our "appreciation" as you have stated it!
Problem is that there are lots of folks out there that know nothing about what BBC has done in regard to the recall and what they did by taking deposits and full payments for bikes they never intended to deliver just before closing their doors and then resurfacing as Rage Hard. The general public has no idea whatsoever about any of it. Just jump over to the BBC or Rage Hard Facebook pages and see all the glowing praises from all the uninformed people on there. They are totally in the dark about what a bunch of unscrupulous bastards these guys are! As soon as someone posts the truth or anything negative they immediately delete the post so no one gets read it. Too bad there is not some way we all could get the truth out to people before they make a BIG mistake and buy a bike from them!

Yeah Larry,
I know, and there are still people out there who think Hitler and Manson were just "misunderstood" or "made a couple mistakes" and there ain't much to do for them. All we can do is like you said, and I've been doing the last couple years and say it wherever, whenever and as many different ways as possible. Keeping this post relevant and on the top of the list is a start. At least they can't delete this thread (although I'm sure they want to). I don't know, they might be able to delete negative posts on their FB page, but if it happens often enough at some point they'll have to hire someone full time just for that.

Hey pokergolf,

I agree, we just need to keep it up and tell everyone we can as often as we can.
And yes, BBC did try to get this thread removed, and they were unceremoniously denied!

Hey Boogeyman,

Back during the settlement negotiations for my law suit they tried to force me to remove this thread. My attorney said that as long as what I wrote was true they had no grounds whatsoever to request removal and that they would need to prove what I wrote was untrue. As you can see this thread is still alive and well!
Also, if I remember correctly, I asked CC about it and they said pretty much the same thing.

Hey Larry, how ya doing?? I'm glad that you're keeping after those people and hope they sink again! I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this thread and tell them to read it from the start if they want any info on the "tiny cub" bikes!! LOL
I just can't believe that this Scott guy, after getting "ripped off" himself would sink even more money into this dog doo pile and let those two run it for him!!
As my dear late grandfather used to say " You can fool some of the people some of the time but the rest will beat you with baseball bats!"
Hang in there!!

I think i remember that being said before, now that you mention it Larry. Good Stuff
From the earlier post, I was thinking that you meant BB had tried to get CC to take it down, which would have been hilarious, because like you said, it's still alive and well
