Hello All,
(Just to keep this issue in the forefront) repeat
As you know, BBC is now out of business (Kinda).
If you have given them a deposit on a bike and havent received anything back or any kind of
compensation, you may want to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
That is also the case if you have a recall bike that has not been fixed.
For them to go out, and resurface under another name, or company, that is something they will handle, but only if multiple complaints are made.

OK, first avoid ragehard or raghead or whatever these thieves are calling themselves now. Second, let me tell you about my recall experience. I brought it up to Big Bear and when I dropped it off they were still dellusional. This was after they did their testing and had almost half fail (like 43% or something?) they still had the balls to look me in the eye with a straight face and tell me if it wasn't for one person (Larry) no one would have to deal with this. I couldn't believe what the fuck I was hearing. We all knew they had failures in testing of frames that never left their shop. Then when they inspected the bike at delivery, I was told how great mine looked and how it was flawless. When I picked it up it was hammered (I knew I should have disassembled it). Even with their paperwork stating my bike was in perfect condition when it came in. Third, I had my bike painted by Rock and Roll and assumed they would be doing the paint repair but was told that BBC wasn't using them any more. It was sent to another painter they had contracted, who was an awesome guy and did a beautiful, seamless repair, which BBC never paid him for. I had to fight to get most of the damage fixed and it never was as nice as when I dropped it off. I hope we can all spread the word about the new company and shame the motherfucker all the way back to Australia, with his **** wife.

Hey pokergolf,
Well, you know I tried and tried to tell everyone that these people were the biggest liars, thieves and swindlers of the worst sort and nobody (or at least very few) would or wanted to believe me! Now that so many, such as yourself, have come forward with collaborating stories maybe, just maybe the truth will finally get out to the general public about Kevin & Mona and those associated with them or RageHard so that no one will have anything whatsoever to do with them ever!
Hopefully the SEC, FTC, FBI, San Bernardino Sherriff’s Dept. etc., etc., will gather enough evidence against them for taking deposits and full payments for bikes that they knew they would not and could not deliver to put both of them and anyone else involved with them in federal prison for not less than 25 years!

I had the same type of experience with my recall done by BBC. Bike returned filthy covered in dirt from their shop, damage to my paint job, neck repaint not even close to matching looked like it was done with a spray can. They didn't remember how they had taken my bike apart and added some washers I had on my mirrors as shims on my front brake caliper which put the caliper up against the rotor. I didn't notice till I got home that just rolling my bike from their shop door to my trailer I had ruined the front disc. Good thing I didn't ride it home from the shop. After several months of phone calls (they told me that my caliper was certified shimmed properly) and promises to fix it and ship me a rotor they finally stopped answering or returning my phone calls. After getting the Bureau of Automotive Repair involded I finally got a new rotor shipped to me, my bike repainted, and the damage to the rear fender repaired. 6 months after taking it in I finally got my bike back on the road. The guy from the Bureau was great He came to my house took pictures and drove straight up there to check the place out. He told me he found violations but couldn't tell me what they were.

Hey jofishr,
Can't say I'm even the least bit surprised about your experience with BBC. At this point there is nothing that would surprise me with regard to their underhanded, slime ball, thieving, lying smuck ass methods. One can only hope that Karma will come around and bite them in the ass!
It's to bad that we can't post stuff like this on BBC's and RageHard's Facebook pages so people would know the truth about these scumbags!

You are very welcome my friend Last time I checked there had been 6 documented cases of neck weld failures. No deaths that I know of but there were some serious injuries reported.

Ahww now come on RedWings, BBC has been "steadfast since 1998", steadfastly ripping off their customers and putting them at risk of death and dismemberment!

Should be more like 1222 creditors, the 325 listed (minus Kevin, Mona and Simon Scott) and adding in the 900 owners that could not get the neck weld recall done on their bikes!
