Hubless wheels
Hi Bikers,
I'm thinking about having a bike build from the ground up just the way I've got it in my head. I saw some very cool hubless wheels the other day. I'd like to have two of those on my new bike. Does anyone know who manufactures them or where they might be for sale? I live in Europe.
Much obliged,
Mario.

Like the ones Billy Lane made?
Not sure where to get them, but I hear they are crazy expensive.

I don't know that they're commercially available. Probably have to have them made. Start saving.

Ever notice the gear ratio on them...hill climber stuff. Unless you go with the internal golf cart tire rubbing against the rear version.

There are two helicopter rotor bearings in the Pschobilly Cadillac. Each cost 10 grand.

Amen built that bike...
I have a design for a hubless rear all modeled out. Uses Kaydon bearings - no where near $10k, but like it was said - you better have deep pockets because EVERYTHING is one-off custom machined, the blocks are big and the chips aren't worth much.
I can provide the design for the right price

Mario, this is my buddies bike. We call it the "hubless" bike because that's what they call is at all the shows. Just an idea for you.

I think you guys are missing the point. The hubless "look" needs to "look" like there is no hub.....hence the hub-less
