i'm running a 1.060 23 tooth from PBI the part # is pbi-288-23

have fun setting it up, everything is super fucking tight, streching a 200 over a 7" wide rim changes the arch/profile of the tire a bit, i've been through a wcc fender, twisted choppers fender and a guy sent me his left over piece from a B'cool fender and not a one fit the way i want it too. the wcc fender fit the best but i had the fuck with it ALOT. i've been talking with BKC about a nother one...

my 200 metz measures at 8.25" @ it's widest point on a 18x7 i wonder what one mounted on a 5.5" measures??

BTW your chain will slap the frame a little

Good luck..lol. it is however the sickest looking rim n tire combo!!!

When I did my 18 x 7 Black Bike wheel on my CFL in '04, the only way you could do it was by using the early 5 speed chain drive Softail/FXR narrow spline center section .500 offset sprocket (PBI # 280), with the Softail/FXR chain drive spacer (H-D #33334-85) and seal (H-D #12050). That combination would just clear the sidewall with the 3/8" dished '80's Sportster chain drive rear sprocket.

Then, PBI came out with their #288 transmission sprocket for 5 speed chain conversions with the .810 offset, and the thicker center spline section. That sprocket you can use with the 18 x 7 wheels, and your original 5 speed belt drive pulley spacer and seal. No need to switch out your seal/spacer. Lots easier, but still just clears the sidewall.

I was running a 24/48 sprocket combo, and sometimes the chain would come up and ding the fender bung when you went to pass at highway speeds. I would definately go with the 23/46 sprocket combo.

mine hits the frame too! Im Using a .810 offset 22th trans sprocket and a 18x7 black bike wheel with a flat 46 tooth wcc rear sprocket with a 3/8 spacer under it. If you try a .500 trans sprocket it won't clear the tire on a 18x7. I don't think anybody knows what the real answer is. there's allot of talk about it on here but everybody seem to fail to specify if it's a 200 tire on a 5.5 wheel or a 200 on a 18x7 wheel. Cause that's where the problems start to arise. As Irish said, I've tried using the different Harley trans spacers and seals but one combination pushed the sprocket out so far you couldn't get the trans nut on. In the end I went with the .810 and smallest sprockets hoping for the best and guess what..... I too have chain slap. Using a good quality thick rk x ring gold chain.
