Flyrite Scorcher Build Pics

Bought a used Flyrite Scorcher Frame over a year ago and am finaly getting it put back together. Im lazy so i didnt take many pics of the mock up and fab parts, but thought i would at least start on the assembly.

Not to much to update. Tapped all the holes on the frame and tank. and got the petcock cap and reserve gauge in.

Ok, got the front wheel/brake in the springer.



Narrow glide wheel kinda screwed up the brake anchor. Ill have to fab up a bent version

Anyone know of a tape that is good for masking durring sand/bead blasting? Im going to polish the rib on the fender and the ribs on the oil tank i make and blast the sides of the fender and spaces between the ribs on the oil tank. Dont think masking tape would hold up. Think electrical tape would work?
