Sure seems like it to me. Check it out good. Make sure all the paint matches, and check the vin against the title. Ride it if at all possible. For sure start it and let the motor warm up if they won't let you ride it, or if the weather doesn't cooperate. Ask if it's ever been wrecked, and ask for their insurance agents name and number.

I don't think he'd drop his price over $3000 and throw in a trailer. I have seen these cheaper if thats what your looking for.
