I can't deny, it's fucking hard to find good looking chicks in NJ. That's why I spend so much time out of state. Apparently, it's just as hard to find a decent and reputable fabricator here...

WTF Xian, why would you wanna make a left from the left lane anyway? Besides, they gotta build all those loops so they can raise our taxes.

hey Moe, if you have proof of all the money you gave him, I say small claims court is the way to go. Let the judge decide if you deserve an invoice detailing the work. I would think so if everything is cut and dry as youve laid it out here.

A lawyer for $400? That's got to cost you more than $400.

If it were me I'd get even in different ways.

His not giving you an invoice for the work done raises the question - is he not going to pay tax on this money? If you paid him in cash that helps with that question.
So you drop a dime on him to the IRS CID (criminal investigation division).

Dear IRS - This company required that I pay them in cash and they refuse to provide me with a paid invoice. I can only assume that's because they don't intend to report this income on their tax return. This payment was made on (insert date here).

IRS is going after little people now and would probably audit this guy. His accountant is going to charge him a hell of a lot more than $400 to represent him.
If IRS finds out that this income was not reported (and I'd bet they will) then they can audit him for all the years he's been in business - tax fraud allows that.

Making his life miserable would be my goal in life - but that's just me.

Apes on a Dyna? That sounds dangerous...are they trained to operate that bike? Are they licensed? Where did you find apes to ride that thing, the zoo?

This gets more confusing with each post.

Trained apes dude. WTF, in the event of an accident they reduce liability, I thought everyone knew that. All the lawyers around here have them.

Shit, it's so obvious I should have figured it out. Good point man.

By the way, I just heard that Hannah Montana is really just Miley Cyrus in a wig...fuck! Anyone want to buy some lightly used Hannah Montana DVD's?
