Low budget or Rat bike area.

This may have been suggested before but I have not seen a post about it so I will ask. Has anyone thought about having a Rat chopper thread ? Someplace for low budget rides with no chrome, low budget paint or no paint, mixed matched parts.Im not talking about the rat rod car guys who spend 50+ grand on something to look ratty. I mean true low budget bikes hand built in the backyard by everyday people. Just a thought.

Update4/5/2009.
Thanks to the administrators for moving this thread to its present location.

Now, All the guys who have low budget OR rat bikes please post some pictures of them here.

I don't think we need a section named "rat bike". If your doing a build, there's plenty of sections that it can go under...

Cool looking bikes...Post all the pics you want in this thread. This topic can be moved in the chopper section at any time....

Last time I saw a Rat Bike it had skulls hanging off it - sheepskins - air cleaners made from coffee cans - on and on. Are those still rat bikes?

Well....yea I guess if thats what you got. I was thinking more along the lines of a super low budget type bikes.I guess I should not have called them rat bikes and just said low budget. The term "rat bike" makes people think of POS Junk yard crap I guess.Low budget bikes can still be nice, clean and safe.
