I know this thread is kinda old but I had to give you a big thumbs up! I have an 03 Silver & Black Fatty, but it don't look as cool as yours.

There's the complicated way - RTV rubber mold, and two part resin for the casting, but you can try this first, and it may work:
Get some liquid gasket and smear it over the emblem. Make it relatively thick. Let it cure well, and then peel it off. Now get a hot glue gun and slowly squeeze the hot glue into your mold. Let it work down into recesses. When the glue cools, you have your emblem.
This is the poor man's way. Don't ask me how I know.
Even if it does work though, I'm not sure how it will hold up to heat, so you might try melting down some old forgetten pewter trinket that your girl has stuffed into a drawer. and pour it into the mold instead.
