That's your vent/overflow
And you don't want to cut it off
It could save your paint job

Thanks for info Merlin. When I called Kraftech they said it was for California EPA stuff and that most people just cut them off.
I have a rubber cap pushed on over it, should it be handled differently?

I just run a piece of fuel hose or clear tubing to the ground (route it inconspicuously)
It not only serves as a vent, but it gets rid of some of the vapors (and overflow if you over fill the tank) that might lift the paint if the paint isn't sealed properly around the bung

Built this bike in my garage. Its my first build. Its a Buell Mutant on Redneck Engineerings Mono Shock Frame. The model is mine too and I'd like to think the bike makes her look better.

I want to use fat bob tanks, a newer brake set-up, and since I'm not a welder and can't afford to pay one, I think it would be better for me, as this is my first build, to go with a frame that has all the mounts I'll need to finish it out!
The Kraft Tech frame has all the stuff already and I'm wanting to have it ready for the first warm day next spring!!
