State Farm for me, not cheap, but I also have it insured for a set value.

I got just what I need to be legal and only set me back 35 bucks a month

When I consider 'best luck' with insurance I don't think about premiums,
I think about claims. Allstate for me but that doesn't mean they are the best
just the best luck with claims. I insure everything to the max. 7 vehicles.

I have Geico, I pay roughly 90 a year for my 85 FXRC and 100 for a Rigid.

I have Geico. They are dirt cheap. I think it is like 85 a year. On and off the phone in about 10 minutes.

I have my insurance from https://simplebikeinsurance.com/ebike-insurance/ as it is the only one I have found that has full coverage for ebikes, as renters and homeowners insurance policies couldn't cover 100% of my ebike. It has an affordable price for what they offer and what is more important they have good customer service. Every time I had an issue or a question, they were very happy to help me, even if it wasn't their duty.
