Kickstand Replacement or extension

Looking for a new kick stand or an extension as this one (pic below) is unreachable unless I lean over and reach under the belt drive which in turn puts my one leg against a motor that is usually pretty hot. Been looking and can't seem to find anything definitive. Any recommendations?

It's a '07 BBC Screamin' Demon. The stand looks like a Jiffy IMO. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a weld on custom ks. I’d see if I could tap the hole in the end of it and attach a homemade extension

At first glance that is what I thought of doing. I thought I'd post something first to see what was out there. I think I'll mock something up and see what happens. If it works out I'll post some pics.

Thanks.

Took your advice

and drilled and tapped the end of the kick stand. I had a 5/16 piece of round stainless steel lying around. I threaded that, put a little bend in it to make it a bit easier to get at. I don't think I could of bought something that worked this well. And this didn't cost me a penny.

Thanks for the advice. Worked great. Here are some pics.
