where did you find it?
Looks like a european build. Nice looking.
I think it's mild - couple inches stretch in front and back bone and somewhere between 40-45 degrees of rake.

I see two tubes that run from the oil filter to the back of the engine, what is that for ?

may be they jut routed the supply and return lines to oil filter that way. typically you barely see the 2 lines on the right side.
