Identification Help

Help identify this brand/logo.

I recently bought a chopper that was in a fire. I have rebuilt it and it is going well. One of my biggest challenges is finding out who built it or what frame was used. The Title just says Custom Motorcycle, and it has a state issued VIN. All legit, I have checked that out. It seems that with custom bikes here in Iowa they sort of made up their own rules when it comes to Titles. So if anyone has seen this logo and knows who built this bike I would like to know. It was built in 2005 with an S&S 124, BDS Top Fuel open primary and Legand Air Rid suspension.

Pushrod243 you are correct that it is a Perse front end and wheels I believe. It was a super expensive bike at one time.
