american ironhorse

hello

i have an ironhorse texas chopper from 07/2003 and now ive got some trouble with it:

the gas cock broke off, the speedometershows the speedonly from time to time and now it shows permanently "0". ialready cleaned the sensor in the gearbox but without any success

can i measure the sensor in mA or mV? or is the any other option to check the speedometer by myself?

I´ve heard of problems with the speedometer- somine doesn´t show any rotational.speed and alsono milage of a day , respectively the milage counter doesn`t move, it`s standing stil.

the original ironhorse speedometer able to show the speed in km/h(the german speed unit) or is a mixed gauge /display available?
, best regards from germany
