103 Twin cam motor to evo primary. Help

Hello every one, kind of my first build. I did help building some choppers mainly sheet metal work and some machining a long time ago. This is my dilemma I have a pro street evo frame. the motor is a 2016 twin cam engine and a evo 6 speed trans. and a Primo Rovera open primary. The question is does any one out there knows were to get 24 spline output shaft adapter to evo spline.

Twin cam 103 with 6 speed evo transmission

Thanks pushrod 243. I'll check it out. Hopefully I can make it work. Or I'll have to machine somethings.
