Question Anyone still make amen style plunger suspension units?

I'm finally getting more work done and I was curious. I'd love to run a Amen Savior style axle through plunger rear suspension. it'd just look trick against the front end being a spitfire girder. If I cant have it low Kz100 makes for a wide bike with limited lean if I get low) it better be long and as weird as me.

So anyhow does anyone still make these things? I'd love to have the frame built right the first time and not have to go back later and have to hack the ass off to install one. I can find the "trailing axle" plunger units but have been warned how vague they can feel. Looking to find someone who produces new units like this or similar
