The PM Phatail kits come with a similar spacer the linkage usually tolerates the angle but you can reduce the angle by using a couple spacers on the linkage. I usually figure half the offset and use twp spacers. One spacer on the inside of the forward controls link mount and the outside of the tranny end mount. It does depend on the primary as far as spacing for the spacer on the tranny end but the PM kits move the primary out so there is plenty of room.
