That's the good & bad side to customs. You want a one off and you have to suffer through the regs.

Hmnn... Have you been reading this thread ? As I previously stated. I was led to believe the bike met epa guidelines has Phantom has stated he's spent large sums off money to comply. As far as the one off custom bike, I was led to believe I was buying a kit that easy to register and insure with MFG. Title as it says in the website.
