I think .5Ē is closest you go. On perfectly rounded to tire profile fenders it looks awesome. Not so much on flat trailer fenders people use.

Exile guy burned paint on the fender mounting it too close on his discover chopper.
Thanks dude! I'll measure it up but it looks like 1/2" already. Im not a fan of those flat trailer fenders. This one is made by Gasbox which supposedly is made for vintage tires. it looks flat in the pic, but is actually contoured to the tire very nicely.

Im going to have to watch that episode! lol
