I have had an old electrical craftsman impact, I think 160 pound foot torgue since 1998. Never failed me to crack the crankshaft or main shaft nuts previously tongued with the same tool and red loctite. I never had them loose or never had horrors of shaking the crankshaft / flywheels untrue... I guess I,m taking my chances.
