I think it's a Vincent EXIF. Look at the reflector by the front head light. Either way, it is a fantastic bike! If only someone could duplicate the engines. Vincent White Lightning stripped down on the salt flats posted a 150mph record in the c group. Bad ass V-twin! Plus these machines were so far advanced for there time. Vincent was the inventor of the soft tail style suspention, only reversed. Hendged on the bottom with the shock under the seat. For a great book, read Vincent in the Barn.
