I have the same problem with my 03 Texas Chopper (S&S Super G), I have tried adjusting the float, needle and seat look good. My Sergeant at work has an 04 Texas Chopper with the same problem. Its doesn't leak a lot but you can always smell gas in the garage. I have just learned to live with it.
