I have thought about stripping the motor but the paint on it is in really good shape. On the lower end of the motor it looks prefect. I want to paint it to match the main color on the bike. I was thinking just clean it as best I can and scuff the crap out of it and hope for the best. Just not sure about what cleaner would be best...
Ghost...... As far as selling my stock stuff, heck yeah!!!! I have been holding off putting it all on Craigslist till I was done with the build, ya know just in case Ive missed something I may need. But I would sell it all to you and save myself the hassle of Craigslist. I have the side covers, grab bar, rear fender, gauges, turn signals, air box, foot pegs and the stock brackets, and I'm sure a bunch of other stuff. I do not have the handle bars or front fender and as of now I am using the headlight.
If you want I will check later on exactly what I have and I could send you a list or pics of the stuff. Not really sure what its all worth though...
